Blue Storm Dragon, Maelstrom Decklist (Aqua Force)

Blue Storm Dragon, Maelstrom is the avatar card of  Soryu Leon in CF Vanguard, this deck is based on performing multiple attacks in the same turn, mostly around fourth or more attacks in one turn. With the support of G Clan Booster 2: Commander of the Incessant Waves featuring the new keyword Wave.

 

Landing with Marios, this starter it’s very helpful to get Maelstrom to hand,if the battle this unit boosted a vanguard if it’s the third of more you can check the top 5 for a Maelstrom, making it easier to use Break Ride and Cross Ride.

In first place, you’ll see the Blue Storm new PG(Perfect Guard), Homeros, this PG can protect any unit that is being attack and it also return to the hand in wave 3 or more, Theta is the perfect unit in case we need either a boost or a switch of units, when this unit attacks this unit gets power +2k, if it is wave 2 power +3k while you have a Maelstrom vanguard, Gull Soldier is a good to support any unit with power +3k and its effect to return to hand is also good, also in this deck you’ll be using LB4 & 5 enablers.

   

Rascal Sweeper is a good unit when we need to achieve a certain numbers of battles, perfect to use with Theta in the back, Tidal Assault can stand itself after it attacks the vanguard a good target for Gull Soldier, Magnum Assault is a GB unit for an easy stand, i also include one Wavehunt Sailor.

     

Blue Storm Dragon, Maelstrom (The Break Ride), is the unit you have to ride first, after that you can use either Maelstrom "Яeverse" or Glory Maelstrom, with the last one you can prevent your opponent to guard with G1 or higher units from hand, if you also use the Break Ride effect you can also prevent it from using any guard from hand (he/she will be able to use G- Guardians and interceptors).

  

Blue Storm Marshal Dragon, Admiral Maelstrom is the Maelstrom special stride unit, if this unit attacks hits in wave 4 or more, you can draw a card and retire opponents rearguard as the same number of copies in G Zone, this deck is using Lambros and Commander Thavas because those are the best Aqua Force strides, but you can’t get any of them, my recommendation are: Socrates and Tidal-bore Dragon. Blue Storm Return Dragon, Disaster Maelstrom the new card of G Booster Set 9: Divine Dragon Caper  is very useful to complete the Cross ride.
