Intimidating Mutant, Darkface Dark Device Decklist (Megacolony)

Intimidating Mutant, Darkface is the avatar of Sousuke Wakamizu from CF Vanguard G, This deck is focused on paralyse your opponent unit ( making them unable to stand) and getting other advantage like unable intercept or more cards draw. This time also features the new keyword ability Dark Device. A "Dark Device" ability remains active and can only be used as long as your opponent has no units in [Stand] state in the same column as your unit possessing the ability. It is also active even if your opponent has no units in the same column.

Starting with Childhood Command, Rosenberg, by putting this unit into soul, you can prevent one of our opponent unit to intercept or be affected by one of our opponent cards effect, also this unit allow you to rest any of your opponent’s units by resting this unit itself.

Dark Device is an ability that allow your unit gets stronger this is the case of Scarlet Venom this unit get power+2000 for each of your opponent’s unit in the same columm of this unit and the other one is Vulcan Lafertei this unit can be used for countercharge[1] but not only that, you can also use it to prevent our opponent to intercept and can not be chosen by our opponent’s effect if you have a Darkface vanguard.

Punish Tag is a very benefit unit, perfect to use on paralyse rearguards and also gets power +2000 if we have a Darkface vanguard, we include also the good old units Sweet Cocktail and Toxic Trooper, to paralize and prevent our opponent to intercept.

Along with our vanguard DarkfaceDespot Mutant, Arie Antoinette is a good unit to make poweful attacks even more if you have Scarlet Venom boosting this unit and the another unit with Dark Device, Superior Mantis with the ability to prevent one of your opponent’s unit to stand next turn. Darkface our main card here, allows us to paralyze 2 units and if they are not completely removed at end of turn gives us a draw, also has a very interesting the GB2 which allows us to paralyse  a rearguard for Soulblast[2] something very useful if you have a few cards in your hand.

With the support of G Technical Booster 2: The GENIUS STRATEGY, Megacolony G zone  went from being good to be incredible, first you have Obtirandrus a unit that prevent you opponent to card units from hand and even superior calls, besides we have now the evolution of our G3 Darkface, Merciless Mutant Deity, Darkface a unit that solve the problem of intercepting or rearguard been chosen by effects, this unit also gets power for each unit chosen by this effect and at last, the new G guardian Gricefort this unit gets shield 5k for every 2 rest unit and also rest your opponent’s backrow.

  1. I can see how you would want Obitirandus at 2, but can you really pull it off in a single game considering DF's stride skill and the hope of pulling off at least one Stag Beetle?

    1. I personally run makeup widow in my build since ei usually attack with cocktail first. Not only was I able to pull off lawless and stun beetle, but I lawless twice. The decks weakness is couterblast management. As long as you think a few turns later, you shouldnt have a real problem.
