Stealth Rogue of Revelation, Yasuie Shadowstich Decklist (Murakumo)

Stealth Rogue of Revelation, Yasuie is the avatar of Nitta Shin in Cardfight Vanguard G, this deck is based on calling units with the same name as one on the field just like Neo Nectar with the different to send it to the bottom at the end of the turn (clone), also for getting advantage when a unit with the same name is on the field. This time also features the new keyword ability Shadowstitch. A "Shadowstitch" ability only activates at the end of the battle that the specified unit attacked a vanguard; as long as attack of that unit did not hit during that battle, you may then perform its effects after paying any cost required.

Let’s begin this time with Fugen, this amazing unit with shadowstich have two effects, the 1st one allow you to move this unit to an open rearguard and the 2nd allow you to return one unit from your dropzone to the deck by resting this unit, if the unit sent have a shadowstich ability give power +3k to a unit.

Shadowstich is an ability to put pressure our opponent, it’ll be hard to choose if guard or not guard,  first we see Onibayashi this unit with shadowstich is useful for countercharge[1] and also we have Lake Diver the perfect unit with the ability to clone itself, we all the countercharge and the soulcharge in this deck, adding Shizune our new PG may looks like a good idea to this deck.

Next we see Yashabayashi, one of the most powerful unit in this set, with shadowstich and for the cost of a Soulblast[1],this unit gets power +2k, can countercharge[1] and if your vanguard is Yasuie or it has shadowstich this unit can attack in the backrow, also in this deck, Oboro Keeper with the skill to return two copies of itself to get a G3 to hand and Dokube who gets power +3000 when this unit attacks the vanguard in Generation Break.

Now  let's talk about our vanguard Yasuie with a Stride skill that allows us to clone up to 2 copies of a unit we have in the field and at end of turn sends it to the bottom, the GB2 is good because it helps us to counter this effect (Stride skill), that allows us to call back the unit sent to the bottom, next to Yasuie, Covert Demonic Dragon, Aragoto Spark is the best sustitute for Yasuie with its skill to change the card you check if it has the same name as a unit on your field and also give power+4k to one of your units, also its GB2 shadowstich skill to call up to three unit with the same name as the units on your rearguard and also at the end, the units called return to your had and  also as a last option we have Minetsuki a unit with shadowstich that give power +5000 to a unit if it attacks does not hit.

With the support of G Technical Booster 2: The GENIUS STRATEGY, Striding a G unit will give shivers to your opponent, with unit as Shibaraku Buster giving a rearguard the ability to Drive Check, Yasuie Tenma as the new and perfect finisher, allowing you to use shadowstich ability to attack, with a clone of the unit that miss, by the cost of a simple counterblast[1] and to conclude this post we have Shishiyuzuki this G Guardian can provide us a good defense by call a unit on the field and a clone to GC.

  1. Hi there

I'd just like to ask your opinion, but someone told me that Aragoto Spark was a good substitute for Yasuie (Strider) - is that a true statement, or only in some cases?

    Thanks

    1. Yes Aragoto Spark is a good substitute for Yasuie, Yasuie is the strider obviosly it's better as the main vanguard, Aragoto spark is also a good in this case replace all the Minetsuki for Aragoto spark.

  2. Hi there:

I was unable to get any copies of the stride fodder: what card could i substitute for it?

BTW, thanks for creating these deck lists, they're really good

  3. Strider Fodder are very important to achieve stride easier, in case you won't get the 3 copies use Charcoal Fox, in case you have 2 or 1 copy add one more Onibayashi and/or one more Oboro Keeper.
